<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">We read from the Catechism of the
Catholic Church (CCC), “The Trinity is a mystery of faith in the strict sense,
one of the ‘mysteries that are hidden in God, which can never be known unless
they are revealed by God’” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">237</b>). In
the ordinary sense, mystery is “the quality that something or someone has when
they seem strange, secret, or difficult to understand or explain.”</span><a href="file:///C:/Users/Fr.%20Moses/Desktop/fb/YEAR%20C%202018%20-%202019/Ordinary%20Time%20of%20the%20Year%20(C)/The%20Most%20Holy%20Trinity%20Sunday%20(C)%202019..docx" name="_ftnref1" style="mso-footnote-id: ftn1;" title=""><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="mso-special-character: footnote;"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">[1]</span></span></span></span></a><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">
And <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">A Catechism of Christian Doctrine</b>
defines mystery as “a truth which is above reason, but revealed by God” (n.28).</span><a href="file:///C:/Users/Fr.%20Moses/Desktop/fb/YEAR%20C%202018%20-%202019/Ordinary%20Time%20of%20the%20Year%20(C)/The%20Most%20Holy%20Trinity%20Sunday%20(C)%202019..docx" name="_ftnref2" style="mso-footnote-id: ftn2;" title=""><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="mso-special-character: footnote;"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">[2]</span></span></span></span></a><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"> <o:p></o:p></span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">The image of God as Father is commonly acceptable in many
religions. However, the belief that there are three Persons in one God (mystery
of the Most Holy Trinity) does not go down well with some religions. For
instance, the main problem the Jews had with Jesus arose from His reference to
Himself as the Son of God which means making Himself equal with God, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Jn 5:18. 10:30-33. 19:7</b>. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">Yet undoubtedly, He is equal with the Father, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Phil 2:5-6</b>. And surprisingly, the
demons acknowledged this fact whenever and wherever they met Him, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Mk 3:11</b>; <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Matt 8:29; Lk 4:41</b>. Yet His brothers and sisters failed to see it.
And in today’s gospel, Jesus revealed to us the third Person of the Most Holy
Trinity, the Spirit of truth.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">By the Most Holy Trinity, </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 2pt 0in 0pt 0.7in; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">We do not confess three Gods, but one
God in three persons, the ‘consubstantial Trinity.’ The divine persons do not
share the one divinity among themselves but each of them is God whole and
entire: ‘The Father is that which the Son is, the Son that which the Father is,
the Father and the Son that which the Holy Spirit is, i.e. by nature one God’ (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">CCC 253</b>).</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">It is also important to note: </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 2pt 0in 0pt 0.7in; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">The divine persons are really distinct
from one another. ‘God is one but not solitary.’ ‘Father,’ ‘Son,’ ‘Holy Spirit’
are not simply names designating modalities of the divine being, for they are
really distinct from one another: ‘He is not the Father who is the Son, nor is
the Son he who is the Father, nor is the Holy Spirit he who is the Father or
the Son.... The divine Unity is Triune (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">CCC
254</b>).</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">Furthermore,</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 2pt 0in 0pt 0.7in; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">The divine persons are relative to one
another. Because it does not divide the divine unity, the real distinction of
the persons from one another resides solely in the relationships.... While they
are called three persons in view of their relations, we believe in one nature
or substance.’ Indeed ‘everything (in them) is one where there is no opposition
of relationship.’ ‘Because of that unity the Father is wholly in the Son and
wholly in the Holy Spirit; the Son wholly in the Father and wholly in the Holy
Spirit; the Holy Spirit is wholly in the Father and wholly in the Son’ (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">CCC255</b>).</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">A priest was sitting in a Chicago airport waiting for his
plane. A man sat down beside him and began to give his opinions on religion. He
boasted: “I won’t accept anything I can’t understand. Take this business of
three Gods in one God or whatever it is. I can’t buy that. Nobody can explain
it to me, so I will not believe it.”</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 2pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">Pointing to the sun streaming in
the window, the priest asked: “Do you believe in the sun?” “Why, of course,”
the doubter admitted. “All right,” the priest continued, “the rays you see
coming through that window are from the sun, 90,000,000 miles from here. The
heat we feel comes from both the sun and from its rays. The Holy Trinity is
something like that. The sun is God the Father; the sun sends out its rays, God
the Son. Then from both the sun and its rays, from the Father and the Son,
proceeds or comes the Holy Spirit, the heat. Can you explain how that happens?”
The doubter quickly changed the subject.</span><a href="file:///C:/Users/Fr.%20Moses/Desktop/fb/YEAR%20C%202018%20-%202019/Ordinary%20Time%20of%20the%20Year%20(C)/The%20Most%20Holy%20Trinity%20Sunday%20(C)%202019..docx" name="_ftnref3" style="mso-footnote-id: ftn3;" title=""><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="mso-special-character: footnote;"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">[3]</span></span></span></span></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Although the Most Holy Trinity is a mystery but we are not to
follow the footsteps of this doubter. Our inability to neither fully understand
nor explain this mystery ought to humble us. It reminds us that we are mere
humans. It is God who enlightens us, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Jn
1:9</b>. As a result, we must turn Him, the revealer of mysteries for
enlightenment and not resort to doubts, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Dan 2:47</b>. Finally, borrowing the words of </span>Saint Columbanus, <span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">the
summary of this mystery of mysteries is this: </span>“Who then is God? He is
Father, Son and Holy Spirit, one God. Seek no farther concerning God....”</span></span><a href="file:///C:/Users/Fr.%20Moses/Desktop/fb/YEAR%20C%202018%20-%202019/Ordinary%20Time%20of%20the%20Year%20(C)/The%20Most%20Holy%20Trinity%20Sunday%20(C)%202019..docx" name="_ftnref4" style="mso-footnote-id: ftn4;" title=""><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="mso-special-character: footnote;"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">[4]</span></span></span></span></a></div>

<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">In
today’s gospel Jesus commands us in His teaching concerning oaths, “Do not
swear at all.... Let your word be ‘Yes, Yes’ or ‘No, No’; anything more than
this comes from the evil one” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Matt
5:34,37</b>). <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Why does one swear other than to convince the other of
his/her genuineness? Saint Paul in his letter to Philippians urges us to “be
blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a
crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine like stars in the world” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Phil 2:15; cf. Matt 5:14; 2Cor 4:6</b>). In
his second letter to Corinthians he pointed out how worldly people make their
plans, “Was I vacillating when I wanted to do this? Do I make my plans like a
worldly man, ready to say Yes and No at once?” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">2Cor 1:17</b>)<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Christ
is telling us to be children of the Father that we are in reality because in
Him, it is always Yes, cf. </span><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%;">2Cor 1:19</span></b><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%;">. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Hence,
Saint Paul admonishes us, “be imitators of God, as beloved children” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Eph 5:1</b>). <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Saint John tells us how to identify the children of God, and
the children of the devil, “whoever does not do right is not of God, nor he who
does not love his brother” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">1Jn 3:10</b>).
And from the gospel of Saint John we read, “But to all who received him, who
believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Jn 1:12</b>). We are called to be real and
not to confuse people with our lies in the name of taking oath.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">They walked in tandem, each of the
92 students filing into the already crowded auditorium. With their rich maroon
gowns flowing and the traditional caps, they looked almost as grown up as they
felt. Dads swallowed hard behind broad smiles, and Moms freely brushed away
tears. This class would NOT pray during the commencement–not by choice, but
because of a recent court ruling prohibiting it.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 4pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">The principal and several students
were careful to stay within the guidelines allowed by the ruling. They gave
inspirational and challenging speeches, but no one mentioned divine guidance
and no one asked for blessings on the graduates or their families. The speeches
were nice, but they were routine, until the final speech received a standing
ovation. A solitary student walked proudly to the microphone. He stood still
and silent for just a moment, and then, it happened.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 4pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">All 92 students, every single one
of them, suddenly SNEEZED!!!! The student on the stage simply looked at the
audience and said, ‘GOD BLESS YOU, each and every one of you!’ And he walked
off stage. The audience exploded into applause. This graduating class had found
a unique way to invoke God’s blessing on their future with or without the
court’s approval.</span><a href="file:///C:/Users/Fr.%20Moses/Desktop/fb/YEAR%20C%202018%20-%202019/Lent%20&amp;%20Easter/Seventh%20Sunday%20of%20Easter%20(C)%202019..docx" name="_ftnref1" style="mso-footnote-id: ftn1;" title=""><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="mso-special-character: footnote;"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">[1]</span></span></span></span></a></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 2pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Today’s gospel is part of Jesus’
long prayer for all His disciples, from the time He came into the world as the
Word incarnate to the end of time, to be one. It reads in part,<span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;"> <o:p></o:p></span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 2pt 0in 0pt 0.7in; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">that they may all be one. As you,
Father, are in me and I am in you, may they also be in us, so that the world
may believe that you have sent me. The glory that you have given me I have
given them, so that they may be one, as we are one, I in them and you in me,
that they may become completely one....</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">This prayer means so much more than many might think. The
paradigm is the union between Jesus and the Father, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Jn 14:9-11</b>. That is to say that whoever sees one has seen all.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">It is unfortunate that today we empty our armoury fighting
our brothers and sisters instead of our enemy. We forget that our battle is not
“against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers,
against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts
of wickedness in the heavenly places”, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Eph
6:12</b>. As a result of this colossal collective failure, different forms of
evil thrive more and more because we not only fail to fight our enemy but also
weakening our brothers’ and sisters’ base.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">Without doubt, each of us has his or her share of the blame for
the divisions among Christ’s disciples today. As a result, none of us can
validly judge the other, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Rom 2:1, 3</b>.
We spend time and energy judging and condemning each other instead of living
out our call. Ours is to do our parts and God’s to judge each of us righteously,
cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Ps 7:11; 50:6; 96:10, 13; 98:9</b>. Hence
for prophet Isaiah, “...the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our ruler, the LORD
is our king; he will save us” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Is 33:22</b>).
God will surely judge all of us according to our ways, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Ezek 33:20</b>. Saint Paul rightly questioned, “Why do you pass
judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we shall
all stand before the judgment seat of God” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Rom 14:10</b>).</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">I think we have spent ample time judging and condemning each
other; finding those who have theology, those that worship idols, those who are
bible-believing, and so on. Where have all these lead us to?</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 10pt 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;">Dear friends, it is time to hearken to the voice of wisdom
and “Strive for peace with all men, and for the holiness without which no one
will see the Lord” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Heb 12:14</b>). And
Saint Paul also admonished us, “Let us then pursue what makes for peace and for
mutual upbuilding” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Rom 14:19</b>). Again,
Saint Peter also advised us, “all of you, have unity of spirit, sympathy, love
of the brethren, a tender heart and a humble mind” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">1Pt 3:8</b>). Even Jesus declined to judge. But this in no way means
that any wrong doing will go unpunished, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Jn 12:47-48; Prov 11:21; 19:5,9</b>. Everyone will give account to God,
cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Rom 14:12;</b> <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">1Pt 4:5</b>. Let us stop judging and condemning each other. These only
build more walls instead of pulling the existing ones down or at least build
bridges across them. We should love each other and live out our faith so that
our lights may shine out for others to see, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Matt 5:16; 1Pt 2:12</b>. The students in our story were able to pray contrary
to the court order because they were united. If only we can unite today, many
evils will be things of the past.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">In the gospel, Jesus told us unequivocally that He came down
from heaven, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Jn 3:13, 31; 6:38</b>.
Again, while teaching about the sacrament of His Body and Blood Jesus also
repeated that He came down from heaven, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Jn 6:41, 51, 58</b>. And Saint Paul also wrote that Christ came down

<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">We celebrate today the ascension of Christ into heaven. And
we read in today’s gospel, “... and, lifting up his hands, he blessed them.
While he was blessing them, he withdrew from them and was carried up into

letter to the Corinthians we also read, “...you are the body of Christ and
individually members of it” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">1Cor 12:27</b>).<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><o:p></o:p></b></span></span></div>

merely celebrate today Christ’s ascension into heaven, we also “express our
Christian hope that where he, our Head, has gone before us, we, his Body, will
one day follow, to live forever in the Kingdom of our Father.”</span><a href="file:///C:/Users/Fr.%20Moses/Desktop/Weekday%20Homilies/Daily%20Tonic%20for%20Year%20I%20(2018-2019)/Lent%20&amp;%20Easter/Sixth%20Week%20of%20Easter%20(2019).docx" name="_ftnref1" style="mso-footnote-id: ftn1;" title=""><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="mso-special-character: footnote;"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="color: #2e7061;">[1]</span></span></span></span></span></a><span style="font-family: Calibri;">
But we must be ready. Saint Paul wrote that when we call God, Abba (Father),<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 2pt 0in 0pt 0.7in; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 110%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">it is that very [the Holy] Spirit bearing witness with our
spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs, heirs of God
and joint heirs with Christ – if, in fact, we suffer with him so that we may
also be glorified with him (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Rom 8:16-17</b>).<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">So dear
friends, we must hearken to Saint Paul’s admonition, “If then you have been
raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at
the right hand of God” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Col 3:1</b>). We
read from Saint Peter, “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that
we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been
healed” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">1Pt 2:24</b>). And also Saint
Paul in his letter to the Colossians also wrote, “he has now reconciled in his
body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and
irreproachable before him” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Col 1:22</b>).
So whoever wants to ascend to where Christ is must therefore not use his/her
body which is part of Christ’s body for evil, cf. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">1Cor 6:15</b></span></span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;"> </span><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">. into the world as a light to those who believe in Him. Jesus came to save and
not to judge the world. Whoever rejects Him and does not receive His word will
be judged on the last day by the very words He has spoken. Jesus went on and
explained,<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

forgetting that “the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of
God is stronger than men” (<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">1Cor 1:25</b>).
And in the letter to the Hebrews we read, “the word of God is living and
active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and
spirit, of joints and marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the
heart” <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Heb 4:12</b>. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
